FS Distribution Ltd has a dedicated account management team who offer administrative support and operational management for all promotional handling and distribution activities.
Our professional Account Managers have a wealth of direct experience in field marketing and sales, so can provide valuable advice, ideas and suggestions on how best to operate a campaign. We enjoy significant staff loyalty- many of our senior members of staff have been with us for at least 10 years. As a result, we have considerable combined experience of a wide-range of promotional activities.
In addition, a significant factor in the services that we provide is the strong relationships with suppliers that we have worked hard to establish.
Our administration services can be regarded as an add-on to our clients' facilities, examples of the functions that we can offer include:
Communication and Negotiation
Liasion with field staff, event hosts, suppliers and clientele prior to, during and after an activity.
Activity Preparation
We can prepare and print literature from disc or email; collate and despatch field staff briefing packs; source consumables ranging from sampling sundries such as plastic cups, lids, napkins, etc to cleaning products and equipment.
Order Receipt/Data Capture
We can provide and manage dedicated hot-lines, email links and facsimile receipts.
Information Management
We can collate report forms; capture and analyse data; provide reports and receive end of job report forms.
Stock Management
We operate stock control databases for each activity and can provide regular updates, reports and analysis. In addition we can provide uniform logging and tracking.
