FS Distribution Ltd can supply, service and tailor a diverse range of equipment for promotional activities. We hold a wide range of stock including sampling stands, marquees and event vehicles which can either be hired or purchased. In addition, campaign graphics can be created and applied to all equipment. We use a comprehensive team of contractors including specialist sign writers and vinyl graphic applicators, we also work with sub-contractors who provide electrical testing (including PAT certification), risk assessment and health and safety fulfilments.

Roadshow and Event Vehicles
We can design, build and develop promotional vehicles for any event- our portfolio ranges from conversions of standard vehicles including vans, trucks and trailers to specialised developments of double-decker buses, special event trailers, 101 ex-Army Land Rovers and Winnebagos.
FS can also provide a pre-roadshow/event management service including production of manuals; liaison with clients, field staff and event managers; preparation and hosting of team briefings; laundering of branded uniform.
Sampling Stands
We stock a range of bespoke sampling stands for hire. In addition to the spot-hire range, we can source, design and build to your specifications. Our portfolio ranges from 2m x 2m pop up stands to aluminium Octonorm stands with foamex graphic panels (which can be built for sampling by 1 – 10 people).
Sampling Carts
Included in our equipment portfolio are freezer and chiller carts- for example for the sampling of ice cream at events. We are able to source, purchase and graphic carts for any form of promotional activity.
Marquees
FS hold in stock four marquees that can be hired for either one-off or multiple events. They are constructed with modern aluminium frame structures that don’t require centre poles or guy ropes. The marquees can be set up in areas with limited space (3m x 3m) or larger spaces (12m x 9m). In addition to the structure, FS can provide both linings and carpets.
Other Promotional Equipment
In addition to standard sampling equipment, FS can source a diverse range of promotional items. Miscellaneous items that we have sourced include: hawker trays, trike ice cream carts, umbrellas, parasols and awnings - to all of which we have applied relevant campaign graphics.
