FS Distribution Ltd offers a 'concept to delivery' roadshow and event management service. As well as the design and build of the equipment, we can provide logistical management and on-site co-ordination of the activity. Our considerable experience includes the operation of roadshows throughout the UK and Europe.
The roadshow and event management services that we provide include:
- Client and field staff liaison.
- Site visits to consider best working practises including location selection.
- Production of operating manuals.
- Health and Safety/Risk Assessments including all necessary electrical testing.
- On-site set up, maintenance and break down.
- Daily preparation of all equipment.
- Cleaning of all equipment and vehicles while roadshow is on-going.
- All daily running costs including fuel, tolls, parking, etc.
- Stock management and control, including regular reporting.
- Laundering (including ironing where appropriate) of all uniform.
All of our drivers are HGV licence holders with considerable roadshow and event experience. In addition to equipment delivery and collection, they will act as on-site roadshow operators if required.
